Each day is an opportunity for a change in perspective and a chance for reflection. As we celebrate Wellness Week 2020, we invite you to walk with us through our own journey of daily affirmations on our Instagram Page. They are calls to action and offer each of us tools to walk the path of conscious wellbeing.

“Awakening” by Shakti Gawain was given to me almost 30 years ago as I set out from London to start my new life in San Francisco. I have lived under its guidance since then, and I take it with me everywhere I go. While the book - and its owner - might be showing the signs of time, the messages within areas pellucidly clear now as they have always been. Awakening has shown me how to move out of yesterday’s shadow with grace and confidence. It is the foundation to my belief in conscious wellbeing. I was blessed to have been given this gift, In turn, I am blessed to have this chance to share it with you.
